At ShineStacks, we strive to deliver high-quality Tally addons and services. We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how to request one.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with ShineStacks, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

Technical Incompatibility

The addon is incompatible with your specific Tally version or operating system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days of the reported date.

Duplicate Payment

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.

Product Not Delivered

The license key or product was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, and our support team has been notified but unable to deliver.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of Mind

You no longer want the product after a successful purchase and delivery.

Product Already Activated

The license key has been activated and the product has been in use for more than 48 hours.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC fees are non-refundable once the contract period has commenced.

Custom Development Work

Payments for custom Tally addon development or bespoke programming are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Training Services

Training and onboarding fees are non-refundable once sessions have been conducted.


Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before the license key is delivered. Once the license key has been issued or the product has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund within 5–7 working days if the cancellation is valid.

Email us at info@shinestacks.com with your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

Review & Verification

Our team will review your request within 2 working days and may reach out for additional information if needed.

Approval & Processing

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed successfully.
