Refund and Cancellations Policy of Shine Stacks
The terms stated here constitute Shine Stack’s policy for cancellations and refunds concerning the Solutions offered on the Website (Cancellation and Refund Policy). Any capitalized terms not defined within this document shall hold the meanings specified in the Terms of Use.
The Company's policy on cancellations and refunds is as follows
Please be aware that certain orders may be unable to be accepted and must be canceled. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any obligation to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Instances that may lead to your order being canceled include, but are not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical difficulties, issues related to credit/debit fraud, or other technological problems. Additional verifications or information may also be required before any order is accepted. We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if further information is needed to process your order. In the event that your order is canceled by the Company after your credit/debit card has been charged, the respective amount will be refunded to the original credit/debit card account.
Cancellation by you
You acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise specified, you do not have the right to cancel any orders placed on this Website. If you subscribe to any Solutions, you may cancel them up to one month prior to the provision of the Solutions. In such cases, you will receive a refund of the entire amount, minus any applicable bank charges. If a cancellation request is received between one month and 14 days before the Solutions are to be provided, we may, at our discretion, refund 50% of the amount, after deducting any applicable bank charges. No cancellation requests will be entertained by the Company within 14 days before the provision of the Solutions.
